Dragon Warrior, Mother Developers Create Company

Manabu Yamana, one of the lead programmers on Dragon Warrior VII, has formed a new software development company with some financial help from Nintendo, which supplied 100 million yen. Other members of the new company have worked on Nintendo’s Mother (known as “Earthbound” in the US) series of RPGs. The team is currently seeking additional staff members to start development on new GameCube and Game Boy Advance games.
