Planet Namek has suggested that the on-line petition for an unedited release of the Dragonball manga may have succeeded. According to unconfirmed reports, Viz is finalizing plans for an unedited manga release pending approval from Shueisha. The format will probably be graphic novel, and the tentative release date is April 2001. Soon after publication began, it was discovered that, due in part to complaints from outraged parents over issues of nudity, the Viz monthly Dragonball manga translation comics were edited for content. The on-line petition has already collected over 10,000 signatures.

The Ultimate DBZ Info Site has posted a translation of an interview with Masako Nozawa, Japanese voice actress for Goku, Gohan, and Goten, that was featured a few years ago in the Japanese Dragonball GT Perfect File 2 film book.
