DVD Title News and Rumors

Fox has announced a December 5th release date for the first, dubbed only volume Digimon on DVD, to retail for $24.95. Manga’s release of Angel Cop is being listed with English subtitles and, for the first time in the US, a Japanese language track, and a running time of three hours, and will retail for $29.95 on October 31st. A few titles have appeared as previews on recently released DVDs. A preview for Slayers Try has appeared on the Slayers box set, and Blood Reign: Curse of the Yoma has appeared on the Samurai X release. AD Vision has made mention of releasing Yoma on DVD, but CPM has not yet announced a DVD version of Slayers Try. Hopefully this is the first indication of a Slayers Try DVD boxed set.
