Escaflowne Movie DVD Exchange

Bandai has confirmed that a “small batch” of the “feature” disc included in the Escaflowne Movie Ultimate Edition DVD set are defective and will freeze at the 12th chapter. Consumers currently residing in the US and Canada that purchased a defective DVD set in the US or Canada may contact Bandai at support@bandai-ent.com for instructions on how to return the defective disc for a replacement.

Unlike Central Park Media, which sold consumers replacement Slayers DVDs for $9.99 plus shipping and required consumers to mail in the original defective DVDs at their own expense, Bandai will provide a replacement DVDs free of charge and will reimburse all reasonable shipping cost of the “feature” disc for those seeking a replacement.
