Escaflowne Tarot Card Offer Glitch

Jerry Chu at Bandai has informed Anime on DVD that there is a slight problem with their Escaflowne DVD tarot card mail-away offer. In the initial pressing of the Escaflowne DVD volume 1, some disc were packed with multiple consumer response cards but no tarot card deck redemption card. All eight cards from each of the DVD/VHS releases are required to redeem the free tarot card deck. Those customers that find that their Escaflowne DVD volume 1 does not contain a tarot card redemption card are advised to save the receipt or invoice for the DVD, as a receipt will be accepted in place of the first response card.
