Full CG Gon Movie Announced

Los Angeles, California based Sprite Animation Studios has announced plans to produce a full CG theatrical movie adaptation of Masashi Tanaka’s internationally successful manga series Gon. Sprite Studios was founded by Moto Sakakibara, co-director of Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, along with several members of the Final Fantasy movie production staff. Gon is a witty and humorous adventure story about a foot tall dinosaur told with no dialogue or captions. The Gon movie is tentatively scheduled for release in 2007.
