FUNimation has released some Dragon Ball Z news that should please fans. Cartoon Network has purchased all of the Dragon Ball Z episodes. They plan to air the entire Frieza saga this year with more new episodes in 2001 and 2002. In regards to release of VHS tapes, Funimation will be releasing two tapes every six weeks. The DVDs are ready to go. They are currently in negotiations concerning the Dragon Ball Z movies, and hope to give some of them a theatrical release. More merchandise is currently in the works. FUNimation is still in discussions with developers about a new DBZ video-game. Nothing has been finalized yet. The official Dragon Ball Z site will be redesigned this month.
