Ghost in the Shell 2 Announced

Production IG has officially announced that the second GitS movie, “Innocence: Ghost in the Shell” is currently in production, with assistance from Studio Ghibli, for Japanese in 2004. The Production IG homepage hints that the new film is a love story, and Mamoru Oshii, in an interview published in the current issue of Raijin Game & Anime Magazine states that the new film will be more erotic and unlike his previous works.
