Internet Mascots Become Anime

According to IT Media, Japanese internet culture magazine NetRunner has announced that its fifth anniversary issue, on sale November 24th at a retail price of 5,250 yen, will include an exclusive anime OAV on DVD titled, “Net Run Mono no #1 Net no Sumi de Blog to Sakebu,” roughly translated, “NetRunner-Mono the Movie: Blog & Shout Over at the #1 Corner of the Net.” The anime episode will feature famous Japanese fan created “internet mascot” characters including Biske-tan and Habanero-tan.
