Inu Neko Hour Anime Announced

A new double-bill anime series titled “Inu Neko Hour” (“Cat-Dog Hour”) will premiere on January 11. The series will consist of two original anime series: 47 Todofuinu R and Nya~men. 47 Todofuinu R is a revival of a 2011 Flash anime that depicts each of Japan’s 47 prefectures as a dog. 47 different voice actors, one from each prefecture, will voice their respective representative character. Dandelion Animation Studio will animate with Blood-C & Oblivion Island CG director Kazuhiro Nishikawa helming the production.

The ramen soup-inspired original anime series Nya~men stars cat-eared heavenly high-school girls sent to Earth for a venture of self-discovery. Hiroyuki Hiwata is directing the anime in collaboration with studio Bells&Whistles.
