Jackie Chan To Do Jerry Lewis Remake

Variety reports that Jackie Chan is in final negotiations with MGM to co-star in a remake of the Jerry Lewis comedy The Bellboy. Chan would share top billing, but there is no information at this point about who his co-star would be. In the 1960 original, Lewis starred as a wacky bellboy at Miami’s Fountainbleau Hotel. The comic holds the remake rights on the film and would serve as a producer on the remake.
