James Cameron Confirms Battle Angel Movie

After years of speculation, director James Cameron has stated, in no uncertain terms during an interview on NPR, that he will begin directing a feature film adaptation of Yukito Kishiro’s “Battle Angel” (Gunnm) manga series, apparently, this summer. The film will feature a fully CG rendered protagonist and the film itself will be filmed in 3-D.
