Jewelpet Fifth Series Announced

The March issue of Pucchigumi Magazine has formally announced that a fifth Jewelpet anime TV series will premiere on April 6. Jewelpet Happiness will launch a new continuity by introducing Chiari, a third-year middle school girl who lives in a world shared by humans & jewelpets. Sanrio & Sega Toys launched the Jewelpet multimedia franchise in 2008. The first Jewelpet television series premiered in 2009.
