La Pucelle Announced for American Release

Japanese development studio Mastiff Games has announced plans to bring the 2002 Playstation 2 strategy game La Pucelle to America this May. The obscure but highly praised game is the fourth game set in the Marl Kingdom, the setting of the Playstation RPG Marl Oukoku no Ningyo Hime (Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom), released in America as “Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.” The four Marl Kingdom games (Puppet Princess, Little Princess, Angel’s Present, and La Pucelle) were developed by Nippon Ichi, the studio behind the cult hit PS2 SRPG Disgaea.
