Live Action Monster Movie Gets a Screenwriter

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Josh Olson, who adapted the upcoming “A History of Violence” for New Line Cinema and director David Cronenberg, will write the screenplay for New Line’s live action film adaptation of Naoki Urasawa suspense manga Monster. Olson will also draft a treatment for a possible sequel film.
