Media Blasters News from Otakon

Media Blasters confirmed at last weekend’s Otakon convention that the Jungle Emperor Leo (AKA: Kimba the White Lion) movie will be Media Blasters’ first anime release to be released theatrically in America. This is presumably the 1997 movie, not the 1966 or 1991 movie.

Media Blasters may release some or all of the Rurouni Kenshin re-cap TV specials, Fighting Special or other “best of” products after the entire TV series is available in America.
