Milla Jovovich in Resident Evil Movie

According to the Hollywood Reporter, actress Milla Jovovich (The 5th Element) has been cast to play “Alice” the zombie killer in the movie adaptation of Resident Evil. The movie has been budgeted at $50 million and is schedule to being filming in Berlin in February. Current versions of the script have a special military squad sent in to destroy an artificial intelligence/super computer that’s run amok. The scientists who have built the computer have been turned in monstrous zombies and mutated life-forms that must be destroyed along the way.
