More Promotion Problems for Bandai

Bandai has had another problem with packaging coupons for one of its promotions. The second DVD of Escaflowne was packaged with a ticket #5 for the tarot card redemption offer. Bandai released the following statement:

“…As you may already know we have been having some minor difficulties arise in the packaging process associated with our videos and DVDs. These problems have been corrected and will not affect the remainder of the promotion. However, the purpose of this announcement is to let you know that if you received a volume 5 proof of purchase card in the place of volume 2’s, do not panic! We will accept two volume 5 cards with the volume 2 card missing when it comes time to redeem the promotional items. Also, if you happened to receive a particular volume that did not have any proof of purchase cards included please include a receipt or something showing that you purchased the video or DVD. We would like to convey our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and let you know that we are doing everything possible to make sure the promotion is still fair to everyone participating!”
