New American Premiers Scheduled

Anime on DVD has reported a number of American anime DVD premiers for the coming months, some or all of which should be considered very tentative.

The female “jidaigeki” samurai drama Kaze Makase Tsukikage Ran, directed by Akitaro Daichi, will debut in America on September 10th.

The long out of print Tenchi Muyo Galaxy Police Mihoshi and 3 Pretty Sammy OAVs will be rereleased on a single DVD on October 29th.

Also tentatively scheduled for release on October 29th is the premier volume of Akitaro Daichi’s shoujo romantic comedy Fruits Basket.

The first three DVD volumes of Mobile Fighter G-Gundam will debut in America on November 5th individually at $19.98 each or as a boxed set for $10 off.
