New Anime Series Announced

According to Moon Phase:

A Xenosaga anime television series produced by Toei Animation will debut on TV Asahi in January 2005. The series will be directed by Yuichiro Takeda, screenwriter for Banner of the Stars and Ryvius.

The Jinki Extend anime TV series produced by Studio Ganges will also debut on TV Asahi in January 2005. The series will be directed by Toshihisa Arakawa, director of Kacho Ohji.

GIRLS Bravo Second Season will debut on WOWOW in January.

Raimuiro Senkitan X Cross will premier in January on local UHF stations.

Starship Operators, produced by J.C. Staff, will premier in January on local networks.

Damekko Doubutsu, produced by Magic Bus, will premier on Kids’ Station in January.

Pretty Cure will get a second season/series titled “Futari Wa Precure Max Heart,” presumably after its scheduled 52 episode first series ends.

The adult PC game and anime series Izumo will be the basis for the mainstream Izumo 2 anime TV series, premiering in April 2005.
