New English Subtitled Japanese Anime DVD

Anime on DVD has posted a short review of the recently released Japanese DVD edition of Kaze wo mita Shonen (The Boy Who Saw the Wind). The DVD is noteworthy because it includes optional English subtitles. The film itself was released in Japan during the summer of 2000 and was awarded the excellence prize at the 2000 Asia-Pacific Film Festival held in Hanoi, Vietnam.
