New Gatchaman Anime Film in Development

Reportedly Hiroshi Sasagawa, director of Tatsunoko’s original Science Ninja Team Gatchaman anime and the studio’s recently released Ippatsu Hyaku-Chu! Devander OVA, has publicly revealed that a new Gatchaman anime film is now in development. Such a production would make sense, as the Nikkatsu film studio is presently developing a live-action Gatchaman movie for release next summer.
