New Releases Announced

Media Blasters has delayed the release of Berserk from April 30th to May 28th. The first 5 episode volume will be available in bilingual DVD for $29.99. Customers interested in spending an extra $15 may purchase the first DVD packed in a box that will hold all 5 DVD volumes. Berserk will also be released on dubbed and subtitled VHS.

Manga Entertainment will begin releasing all 51 episodes of the color second Astroboy television series on May 28th as well. Each 5 episode VHS volume will retail for $19.95. The DVD version is scheduled for release in 2004.

NuTech will premier its latest hentai release, “My Life As…” on March 21st on $24.95 bilingual DVD. Media Blasters also has several hentai (and formerly hentai) titles scheduled for upcoming release. Apparently only the first 2 episodes of the currently 4 episode Bible Black OAV series will be released on March 26th. “Midnight Milk Party & A Tail of Two Sisters” will debut on April 30th, along with a heavily edited version of De:vadasy that removes the sex and presents three 30 minute episodes in 75 minutes.
