NuTech in Legal Trouble

Japanese distribution company Ken Media has filed suit against American video distribution company NuTech Digital alleging that NuTech has not paid proper, full licensing fees and royalties on adult anime titles owned by Ken Media, and has arranged commercial streaming web distribution of adult anime without prior consent from Ken Media. Ken Media has requested a restraining order against NuTech, presumably to stop commercial distribution of NuTech manufactured anime DVDs, and seeks payment of unpaid royalties and fees.
