Oh! Edo Rocket Anime Adaptation Announced

Madhouse Studios reportedly has plans to produce an anime television series adaptation of Kazuki Nakashima’s historical fiction play Oh! Edo Rocket, a story about an ambitious fireworks maker and an unusual female client who asks him to make a rocket that can carry her to the moon. The series is planned for a spring 2007 premier.
