Pioneer Announces US Release of Strawberry Egg

Pioneer has announced that the 13 episode I, My, Me Strawberry Egg anime TV series from last year will premier in America on August 13th under the shortened title “Strawberry Egg.” The comedy/light drama revolves around a young man who must disguise his voice and dress as a women to get hired as a teacher at an exclusive private school that hires only female teachers.

“The DVD series is chock full of extras – a full color art gallery, a glossary of Japanese school terms and culture, live-action television ads for the show that ran in Japan, and interactive character commentaries on the other students!”
