Pioneer Licenses Hellsing

Pioneer has officially confirmed that they will be eventually releasing the dark and violent current horror anime TV series Hellsing in the US. While Hellsing is vaguely reminiscent of Pioneer’s Trigun license, the series is much more adult oriented and graphically violent than any other anime series Pioneer has announced or released to date. Hellsing will be the third Gonzo Studios production that Pioneer has licensed following Vandread and Gatekeepers.
