Reports on Hideaki Anno’s Latest Film

The official homepage of the 25th Annual Hong Kong International Film Festival has posted an interview with director Hideaki Anno that discusses the director’s personality, his latest film, the semi-autobiographical live-action picture Shiki-jitsu (“Ritual”), and his plans for the future.

The site also features a brief summary and video clips of Shikijitsu, which Anno directed in co-operation with Studio Ghibli, and the official homepage of the 2001 Tokyo International Film Festival features a brief question & answer discussion about the film with Anno under the daily news for 11/2.
