SAO II Announced

The homepage for the Sword Art Online anime franchise has confirmed that Sword Art Online II will premiere next year. The second TV series will initially adapt author Reki Kawahara’s 2010 fifth and sixth novels that cover the “Phantom Bullet” third story arc of the series. First TV series director Tomohiko Ito and first TV series character designer Shingo Adachi will again work at studio A-1 Pictures to produce the second TV series.
