Second Maken-Ki OAD Announced

The 11th collected volume of Hiromitsu Takeda’s action/school/comedy manga series Maken-Ki will be released in September in a limited edition that includes an exclusive anime episode on Blu-ray. The exclusive episode in the fan service series will be set on a tropical island. Takeda’s manga was adapted into a 12-episode television series in 2011 and got a supplemental OAD episode bundled with its 8th manga volume in March 2012.
