selector infected WIXOSS Anime Announced

JC Staff has revealed its development of an original sci-fi suspense anime television series titled “selector infected WIXOSS” (“Selector Infected We-Cross”). Hanasaku Iroha & AnoHana screenwriter Mami Okada is writing the series based on an original concept developed by LRIG (Warner Entertainment Japan, Takara Tomy & J.C. Staff). Steins;Gate director Takuya Sato will helm the series. The show will debut in April.

The trailer suggests K-On meets Chaos;Head, which actually isn’t as appealing as it may sound. Hopefully the show will turn out better.
