Seven Deadly Sins Anime Announced

Kodansha has formally announced the development of an anime TV series based on Nakaba Suzuki’s acclaimed shounen fantasy manga series Nanatsu no Taizai ~ The Seven Deadly Sins. The series is unrelated to Hobby Japan & OrchidSeed’s similarly named buxom bishoujo multimedia franchise. Suzuki’s manga series that premiered in 2012 revolves around a princess on the run who seeks the aid of her kingdom’s former elite knights, known as the Seven Deadly Sins.
