Shonen Jump Continues to Smash Sales Records

ICv2 News has revealed that sales of Shonen Jump USA Magazine have more than doubled in recent months. Typical issues of the magazine now sell 305,000 copies each month. The August 2003 issue, thanks to the inclusion of a Yu-Gi-Oh CD-ROM, sold an amazing 540,000 copies.

By comparison, the most popular monthly comics from publishers Marvel and DC sell 125,000 copies or less on average.
