Soul Eater Not! Anime Confirmed
Chiaki Omigawa, the voice actress of Soul Eater protagonist Maka Alban, has publicly confirmed that an anime adaptation of Atsushi Ohkubo’s Soul Eater Not! manga is now in development. Soul Eater Not! premiered in 2011 as a bishoujo slice-of-life story starring new characters set before the events of the original Soul Eater manga.

While I’m happy to hear that Soul Eater Not! is getting an anime adaptation I’m a bit surprised at how soon their making one. As far as I know their are only 3 tankouban released so far. Doesn’t seem like enough material yet. Wasn’t that the reason that the original Soul Eater TV series ended like it did, with no more story available to animate they had to create their own TV ending?
