Stephen Norrington Leaves Akira

Apparently in response to creative conflicts over the direction of the League of Extrodinary Gentlemen movie, director Stephen Norrington has announced his intentions to distance himself from “Hollywood development deals,” meaning that he will not be directing the live action Akira adaptation for Warner Bros.
