Strike Witches TV Series to be Distributed Online

Japanese animation studio Gonzo has announced plans to distribute its upcoming Strike Witches anime series internationally via the YouTube and Crunchyroll websites. The fantasy action television series, based on a 2007 OVA which was itself based on original concepts by artist Humikane Shimada, will premier on Japanese television on July 3.

While Gonzo currently distributes its Blassreiter and Tower of Druaga: The Aegis of Uruk anime series on BOST TV, YouTube, and Crunchyroll, no mention has been made of Strike Witches being distributed online by BOST TV.
