Super Smash Brothers 2 Announced

Word has come out that Nintendo will display a playable early version of Super Smash Brothers 2 at its booth at the E3 convention in Las Angeles. The first Super Smash Brothers was a hit fighting game for the N64 that featured a multitude of Nintendo characters including Link, Mario, Samus of Metroid, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Fox McCloud and Donkey Kong. The second game will utilize the full power of the GameCube and offer full 3D gameplay. Super Smash Brothers will be a launch title for the American debut of the GameCube console in November.
