Who would spend the money on 12 episodes sight-unseen, especially with Japanese pricing? I know that Bounen no Xamdou (Xamd: The Lost Memories) was released entirely on the PlayStation Network where viewers had to pay for each episode, but they didn’t have to pay for 10+ episodes at a time.
Is the series even popular in Japan?
