Upcoming Anime Chat Session

On Wednesday November 1st at 9 PM EST Anime Colony will be hosting a live on-line chat with character designer Takahiro Yoshimatsu, editors Tomohiro Shinya and Kunihiko Fujiwara, and Takumi Kusube from Asia-do Productions, during which fans can ask the Japanese guests questions on past, current, and future projects as well as their experiences here and abroad.

Takahiro Yoshimatsu is a veteran character designer for such well known anime as Trigun, the Slayers movies & OVAs, Jubei-Chan: Secret of Lovely Eyepatch, Cyber Formula, and the new Gakuen Senki Muryu (with Nadesico director Tatsuo Sato).

Takumi Kusabe’s Asia-Do production studio has worked on popular anime such as Chibi Maruko-chan and Doraemon, the world famous, earless blue robotic cat from the future.

Tomohiro Shinya who is the editor for manga magazine Shounen Ace, known for premiering a huge number of well known manga titles including Macross 7, Bannou Bunka Neko Musume (Cat Girl Nuku Nuku), Lodoss War, Angelic Layer, and Escaflowne.

Kunihiko Fujiwara is the chief editor of the new Japanese anime web resource Chara-ani.com.
