Kodansha has scheduled the first collected volume of CLAMP’s latest manga, “Tsubasa -RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE-,” for release in August. A special edition will go on sale on August 9th, followed by a standard edition available on the 12th. Manga fans may also find it interesting that while Tsubasa is an alternate reality Card Captor Sakura story, the Tsubasa manga is officially categorized as a shonen series (comic for boys). AnimeNation should have copies of the Tsubasa import tankouban available in late August or early September.

The September issue of Afternoon Magazine will include a free figure of Manji, lead character of the Blade of the Immortal manga series.
