Update on PS2 DVD Region Mod Card

Anime News Service has learned that the unlicensed PS2 memory card that will disable the PS2 DVD region code recognition, originally reported in yesterday’s news, will only work on modified PS2 units and involves a disc-swap with the PS2 utility disc to work.
