Sony will release Popolocrois Monogatari 3 for the Playstation 2 in March 2001. Popolocrois Story is one of the oldest and most popular Sony RPG game series to have never come to the US. The first two Popolocrois games were bestsellers for the Japanese Playstation. Popolocrois also got a popular 25 episode anime television series.

Digital Leisure will release Playstation 2 compatible DVD versions of Space Ace, Dragon’s Lair, Dragon’s Lair II: Time Warp and Hologram Time Traveler on October 23. Some fans may remember Space Ace and Dragon’s Lair as the Don Bluth arcade interactive movie laser-disc games from the 1980s. Time Traveler, a little seen arcade game also from the 1980s, was a shooting game that displayed its graphics as holograms. All four titles will retail for $29.99 each. Time Traveler will include a pair of 3D glasses to allow players to see the 3D graphics. The game will also be playable in standard 2D.
