Waita Uziga Announces Live-Action film
|(In)famous guro manga artist Waita Uziga has formally announced that his current horror manga Ame-Agari no Kimi (Kari) will be adapted into a live-action feature film. The manga revolves around a couple trying to survive a zombie apocalypse. The man discovers that he can safely venture outside during rain storms because the rain conceals his scent from zombies. Uziga has been well known internationally for many years as one of Japan’s foremost creators of grotesque, gory horror and erotica manga. Uziga will serve as an executive producer for the “Rain For the Dead” motion picture while Bishop Koyama will write and direct the feature.

I guess everyone wants to be in the movies nowadays. =p So does anyone know if this manga is actually SFW?
But the only real question is who’s directing? Miike? Sion Sono? Or that Tokyo Gore Police guy?
Nothing Uziga makes can be SFW, can it?
