Danchi Tomoo Anime Announced

Next week’s issue of Big Comic Spirits magazine will formally announce the development of an anime TV series based on Tobira Oda’s acclaimed domestic comedy manga Danchi Tomoo. The series revolving around a mischevious fourth-grade boy premiered in 2003 and was nominated for the prestigious Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
